  I should have read the reviews before I went to this place. I will reiterate: DO NOT go to this urgent care facility. I took my wife here yesterday morning after she cut her thumb badly. After showing up as they opened (10am), we were led to a waiting room and told the doctor was not in yet and that they didn't know when the doctor would arrive. We waited in the room for nearly an hour before I went out to the front desk. I was informed that the doctor still had not yet shown up. This location was only scheduled to be open until 3, and a doctor couldn't bother to come in by 11? Also, they have no way of contacting the doctor? After 15 minutes, they couldn't inform the doctor there was a patient waiting? So much for urgent care.

  Couldn't diagnose my skin rash with fever and other unpleasant side effects. Instead told me to go see my primary care doctor who won't be open until Monday (it's saturday) This place shouldn't be called urgent care. Sunday update: went to Beechmont urgent care and they diagnosed me right away with chickenpox. I was able to get an antiviral prescription on the spot as adult chickenpox are absolute misery. I will never use the eastgate location.
