- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I took my mother to this hospice when she only had a few weeks left to live. In my personal experience with Vitas, they were truly a godsend. All the nurses that cared for mom were very loving and caring, true angels. They were always trying to make her feel comfortable, happy and clean. It takes special people to work in hospice and these guys worked very hard day and night to make sure my mom had a peaceful rest.
