When I was explaining a situation and how their employee had given me incorrect information and was rude the individual hung up on me!!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I asked for copies of paperwork I signed at closing and they refused to provide it saying they didn't understand why I needed it and it was too much work for them to do. I even said I would come to their office and make the copies myself but they still insisted it was too much work. I am afraid of what they are trying to hide.
