- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The radiologists were great--it's the billing department that is the most lazy, horrible people to work with. They want their money, but they insist on the patient doing all the work with contacting insurance. Aren't they getting paid to deal with that? My insurance paid this group, but now they're claiming they didn't get the payment. THEY want their money. Shouldn't THEY be contacting the insurance company for it? Unfortunately, every employee is a reflection of the entire company. I'll ask to be transferred to another radiologist in the future.February 27, 2017by Katie Stephens
